CARGO FREIGHT STATION (CFS)

 

 

Warehouse

 The warehouse was built for a Japanese freight forwarder for a pre-let tenure of 10 years on a 6.12 acres site in the port’s FCZ area. The total build-up area is 171,000 sq.ft which comprise of 40,000 sq.ft double storey office space and 131,000 sq.ft warehouse space. The total investment cost is RM25 million. The construction was completed in August 2008 with CFO and tenant is expected to move-in by November 2008.
