Factory

 

 The factory was leased to a multinational firm from Japan for assembling of wireless telecommunication product. The facilities must be according to the Japanese Standard for security, safety and approved custom license premises as a precondition for let by the tenant. The factory was installed with state-of-the-art surveillance system, fire resistance panel imported from Japan, cargo lift system, racking system for storage and LMW licensed warehouse. With the improvement we managed to command good rental income which is 35 – 40% higher that the market rate.
