We
negotiate with the office of State Secretary for Housing and
Local Government for the approval to purchase one block of 5
storey flat comprising of 40 units, 3 bedrooms flat for
leasehold of 99 years on behalf of the incoming foreign
investor. The management of the flat was outsourced to a
qualified management company to provide the services. We
also handle outgoing investor that wish to dispose off their
property under corporate portfolio to the open market or
state administrator. We set a milestone by selling back a
block of flat to the State Government for RM2.09 million or
RM55,000.00/unit to urgently accommodate those homeless
staying in the transit longhouse prior to relocation
process. |
